Week 5

Another week in the books! This week we had posters, shirts and business cards made and ready to go for the People’s Townhall Protest outside of Jay Obernolte’s office in Hesperia. My team and I made sure to show up with a presence. If we are going to take back the House and make sure the voices of the people are heard, we need to start now. I spoke at the Big Bear Democratic Club meeting in Big Bear on Thursday and saw, for the first time, the devastation left behind from the Line Fire. We need to be protecting our land and our federal work force, including wildland firefighters. The current incumbent spent that fire at Mar-a-Lago with Trump rather than with the people impacted by this fire. We deserve better representation and I aim to be just that.
